Full Circle Childbirth Consultants (FCCC) was founded in 1996 by Kathy Stewart with the mission to provide pregnant couples with prenatal education and doula services.

With over 40 years of experience providing medical care to families as a pediatric nurse practitioner, Kathy understands the effects and importance of education and support before, during, and after birth.

​

As a certified birth and postpartum doula through DONA International, a certified childbirth educator through Lamaze International, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant she has provided doula services, childbirth education classes, and lactation support for hundreds of families in the Richmond area. As a certified birth and postpartum doula trainer through DONA International she has trained over 2,500 doulas all over the world.

Kathy is the mother of two boys, a proud grandmother and the author of the book: Your Birth Plan - Creating Your Path for a Fulfilling Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum Journey.
